NOTE: Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests at any time, including babies and infants (babies are counted as guests for safety, insurance and council compliance). Small, non-shedding indoor pups are welcome with prior approval. A $100 pet fee per pet per stay applies. We ask that you bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws after beach walks. Dogs need to stay off the bed and couch and must be supervised while outside and not left unattended at the property. The property is fully fenced, making it suitable for dogs. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. If additional cleaning is required due to pet mess (for example pet excrement left in the yard), a separate $50 cleaning fee may apply.
